This initiative falls within the efforts aimed at preserving the beauty of the city by getting rid of the remains of sacrifices that filled the surroundings due to their random spread, where sanitation workers are mobilized, supported by their mechanisms, and in full coordination with the local and regional authorities, and with the field presence of the Pasha of the city, the head of the Municipal Council, and representatives of the concerned company.
The campaign focuses on a set of basic guidelines, within a step that aims to enhance the culture of awareness of the risks that threaten environmental spaces, and to work on implementation, embodying the values of cooperation, solidarity and the spirit of citizenship.
It is worth noting that waste disposal has become an issue that worries not only officials, but also citizens, civil society, and non-governmental organizations, who seek to deal with it in a way that achieves environmental security, and reduces the environmental and health risks that can be caused by that waste, which has become a threat to the future of life and the earth.
And its success comes through the integrated management of the company, citizens, administrative institutions, and civil society activities.
Also, many people wondered, is the cleanliness of the city of Settat the responsibility of the cleaning company contracted with it alone? Or is it a shared responsibility that begins from the door of the house by respecting the timings of the passage of garbage trucks?
