The appearance of a body on the Algerian coast, probably that of Ittihad Tanger player Akhrif

Today, Thursday, a body was found off the coast of the Algerian city of Oran. It is probably that of Ittihad Tangier player Abdel Latif Akhrif, who drowned more than a month ago with another player.

According to a video widely shared on social media, the body was found on the coast of Cap Falcon in the Ain al-Trak region, on the outskirts of the Algerian city of Oran.

The Moroccan authorities are expected to intervene with their Algerian counterpart to request the return of the body found on the coast of Oran, in order to confirm its identity and whether or not it belongs to the player Abdel Latif Akhrif.

It is worth noting that five people from the Ittihad Tangier team disappeared while swimming near a tourist boat due to bad weather conditions and strong winds.
