A number of meteorite hunters reported to Heba Press that “Arboun” samples of the meteorite that fell in the region the day before yesterday Tuesday evening had already been found.
The same sources report that samples of the same meteorite were found this morning, Thursday, August 8, ranging from one gram to forty grams, and it is very similar to the meteorite that fell in the Tarda area, on the outskirts of the city of Errachidia. at the end of August 2020.

As soon as the news of the discovery of the first samples of this meteorite spread, hundreds of meteorite hunting enthusiasts gathered on site since Thursday morning in the hope of recovering fragments.
Eyewitnesses reported to Heba Press that a “green glowing meteor”, probably a meteorite, passed through the skies of several regions in southeastern Morocco around 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6.
These “meteor meteors” were seen in the skies of Ouarzazate, Taznakht, Taroudant, Taliouine, Tata, Agdez, Amkouna Castle, and Skoura… taking a descending curve towards the south.
