The incident of finding the body of a man in his sixties on Thursday evening has mobilized the local authorities and the Royal Gendarmerie services in the province of Al Hoceima, after it was discovered in one of the valleys in the Ait Al Qadi area, affiliated with the Imrabten commune.
According to initial available information, a resident of the area found the body before the competent authorities were notified. They went to the scene where the legal and procedural measures were taken.
Upon learning of the incident, the Royal Gendarmerie services initiated field investigations, in coordination with the local authorities and under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office, in order to identify the deceased and reveal the circumstances and details of his death.
The body was transferred to the morgue at the Mohammed VI Regional Hospital Center in Ait Yousef Ou Ali, to undergo a medical autopsy, based on the instructions of the competent public prosecutor's office, in order to determine the exact causes of death.
Investigations and inquiries continue to gather the necessary data and determine all the circumstances surrounding this incident, pending the results of the autopsy and judicial investigations.
