Observers also agree that Touhtouh is one of the most prominent parliamentarians who have served the Nador province in recent decades, armed with a significant presence and an exceptional ability to genuinely advocate for the issues and concerns of the local and regional population, both within the legislative institution and with various public administrations and institutions.
This distinction did not come from nowhere; rather, it was enhanced by his significant presence in many national television programs and discussions, through which he fiercely defended his positions and the issues of his region, making him a prominent and pioneering figure in the local and regional political landscape.
However, this remarkable rise and strong presence have angered and annoyed some entities that are accustomed to operating in the shadows and have realized their complete inability to keep up with Touhtouh in parliamentary performance and political communication, which has led them to try to compensate for their failures through strategies of frustration and defamation.
Thus, this campaign has evolved to transcend narrow salons and cafes, resorting to methods of spreading lies and false claims to tarnish the candidate's image and influence the electoral mood of voters just days before the decisive day.
In the face of these maneuvers, Mahamadi Touhtouh has chosen the path of direct confrontation and public revelation, while the final say and judgment remain with the ballot boxes and the living conscience of the voters who are capable of distinguishing the good from the bad and rewarding those who have sincerely defended the interests of the province.
