The Ministry of Transport and Logistics announced the launch of a new additional quota of exceptional direct support for road transport professionals for people and goods, covering a new period of 30 days.
The ministry stated, in a press release, that "the government affirms its full commitment to continue supporting this sector in line with the rise in fuel prices internationally, until they return to their pre-crisis level."
It recalled that "in light of the global situation and continued geopolitical tensions, international fuel prices are experiencing a steady increase, which has had an impact on the national market," emphasizing that "the government has, since the outbreak of this crisis, worked to support road transport professionals for people and goods through financial aid, ensuring the stability of road transport prices and consumer goods."
The ministry added that the process of registering applications for this additional support for this new quota will begin on Thursday, September 24th, via the same dedicated electronic platform: https://mouakaba.transport.gov.ma.
