Initial results of the legislative elections in the Sidi Kacem constituency have shown Abdel Nebi Aidoudi, the candidate for the Popular Movement Party, winning a parliamentary seat, according to preliminary data following the completion of a significant portion of the vote counting process.
Aidoudi was known during the election campaign for his appearances in videos related to cooking and distributing "Mdhousa" to a number of voters and supporters, which made this dish present in the discussions related to his election campaign during the past period.
After his supporters received the preliminary data related to the result, Aidoudi appeared in a live broadcast dancing and singing with a number of his supporters, celebrating the seat that, according to the temporary results, granted the Popular Movement Party a seat in the Sidi Kacem constituency.
