The rescued persons, who are said to have set sail on August 5 and were planning to reach the Canary Islands, were taken to the port of Dakhla and entrusted to the Royal Gendarmerie for the usual administrative procedures after receiving the necessary care, indicates a press release from the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces.
