Yesterday, Thursday, 240 kilometers southwest of Dakhla, a Royal Navy unit intercepted a boat carrying 124 irregular immigrants, including 12 women, all from sub-Saharan Africa.
A press release from the General Command of the Royal Armed Forces states that the rescued candidates, who were planning to go to the Canary Islands, received first aid before being transferred to the port of Dakhla and handed over to the Royal Gendarmerie in order to carry out the administrative procedures in force.
