Azilal.. Using ambulance to transport construction materials and waste angers activists

Several users of the social network “Facebook” shared photos of an ambulance belonging to the National Initiative for Human Development in the province of Azilal, used for personal purposes.

Circulating images show the ambulance being used to transport construction materials, waste and a number of objects far from its original function.

In this regard, several activists have expressed their indignation at the images circulating, stressing that dozens of patients in the region are deprived of ambulance services every day in exchange for their exploitation for personal gain.

The activists called on the relevant authorities to intervene to reveal the circumstances under which the photos were circulated and to hold to account all those involved in the exploitation of state and citizen property for personal gain.
