Today, Monday, August 19, at the headquarters of the prefecture, Maad Jama’i, governor of the Eastern region, governor of the prefecture of Oujda-Angad, supervised the inauguration of the new men of authority who benefited from the recent administrative transition movement initiated and announced by the central services of the Ministry of the Interior.
In his speech on this occasion, Moaz Al-Jami stressed that the objective of the transition movement is to renew the donation, increase productivity, rationalize human resources, activate the new concept of authority, keep pace with reforms and major projects, and consolidate the policy of proximity and governance within the framework of course of the new concept of authority.
A worker from the prefecture of Oujda Angad added that this movement was prepared through the application of a 360-degree global monitoring and evaluation system, based on an approach based on the valorization of human resources and the adoption of objectivity in the evaluation of productivity, through a new generation of elites and skills to achieve greater efficiency of the body of men in power.
As regards the new appointments of men of authority in this force, they were as follows, and the case concerns:
– Saeed Qumran, was promoted to the position of Secretary General, attached to the Office of the Governor of the Eastern Region.
– Imad Abou Al-Cheikh, promoted to the position of Secretary General, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Oujda Angad Prefecture;
– Al-Hussein Boukdel, head of the urban service of Oujda Sidi Yahia, Oujda Angad prefecture;
– Hosni Boukataya, head of an urban service attached to the prefecture of Oujda Angad;
– Hisham Derkaoui, Commander of the ninth Administrative Attaché, Prefecture of Oujda Angad;
– Hassan Menni, Commander of the Tenth Administrative Attaché, Prefecture of Oujda Angad;
– Fadwa Mokhtari, Commander of the Fourth Administrative Attaché, Prefecture of Oujda Angad;
– Mohamed Tajouri, promoted to commander to be appointed head of the second administrative attaché, prefecture of Oujda Angad.
In parallel with the National Transitional Movement, an internal transition movement took place in the territory of the Oujda Angad province, which took place as follows:
– Yahya Bencharifa, was appointed head of the urban commune of Oued Al-Nashif, Sidi Maafa, after previously serving as head of the urban commune of Oujda, Sidi Ziane.
– Al-Raddad Al-Idrissi, was appointed head of the urban department of Oujda, Sidi Ziane, after previously holding the position of head of the urban department, Sidi Idriss Al-Qadi.
– Siham Zaoui, appointed head of the urban management of Sidi Idriss El Kadi, after previously holding the position of head of the urban management of Oujda Sidi Yahia.
– Nassim Al Amri, appointed commander of the eleventh administrative attaché in the prefecture of Oujda Angad;
– Ismail Shahraman, appointed commander of the seventeenth administrative attaché in the prefecture of Oujda Angad;
– Sufyan Al-Mousati, appointed commander of the thirteenth administrative attaché at the prefecture of Angad;
– Hamza Sadour, appointed commander of the fourteenth administrative attaché in the prefecture of Oujda Angad;
Ashraf Mohs, appointed commander of the eighteenth administrative attaché in the prefecture of Oujda Angad.

– Tayeb Salih, was attached to the Urban Directorate of Oujda-Sidi Ziane, after having occupied the post of Commander of the Fourteenth Administrative Attaché;

In addition, the agent of the prefecture of Oujda Angad also urged all women and men in power to give priority to managing the problem of water shortage and the resulting imbalances in constant communication with local actors and to ensure that trust is strengthened between the territorial administration and political actors. , union and associative actors in the service of the public interest, and to ensure respect for the rule of law, by strengthening the role of institutions in order to achieve the security of people and property, by confronting shameful phenomena, in particular the phenomenon of illegal construction. , and combating the phenomenon of occupation of the public domain without legal support, paying due attention to citizens’ complaints by studying and responding to them in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this area, activating the national strategy towards our community residing abroad.
He also called on the various actors and stakeholders, including elected officials, representatives of political and trade union bodies, administrative officials, economic and social actors and civil society, to work together with the men of authority and to provide them with support and assistance in order to accelerate the pace of local development, with the majority of the territorial influence of this region, in particular with its abundant resources and its human and natural capacities.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Internal Affairs has carried out a transition movement among the authorities, employing 592 of them, representing 23 percent of the total members of this body working in the territorial administration.
