The case of the teachers of “Donjon 10”…requires a final settlement

In a parliamentary question, Maryam Wahasa, parliamentary representative of the Progress and Socialism Party, addressed the suffering of teachers in cell 10

The aforementioned parliamentarian addressed a written question to the Minister of National Education, Primary Education and Sports, Chakib Benmoussa, informing him of “how to activate the provision relating to the settlement of the famous file of teachers of cell 10”.

In his written question to the minister, Hasa stressed that this group of educated men and women have experienced long suffering, knowing that they spent the flower of their youth in the service of the country and its youth.

“Wahsat” noted that this file showed worrying signs of decline that would prolong the settlement of this file until 2028 instead of 2025, as promised by the ministry after agreement with representatives of women and men in education.

Wahasa questions the “legal years” and what could make them mandatory for a ceiling in 2019 in a previous decree relating to the file of victims of the two regimes, as well as in the agreement of the health sector, and vice versa for the teachers of cell 10.

The parliamentarian called on the Minister of Education for a frank answer and a clear and precise interpretation of Article 81 and how to put it into practice, so as to keep the promises of the ministry, to do justice to this group and to put an end to this file by 2025, or not before.
