Warning: severe thunderstorms with hail and gusty winds

The General Directorate of Meteorology indicated that strong thunderstorms accompanied by hail and gusts of wind will affect several regions of the Kingdom today, Wednesday, August 21.

The management explained, in an orange alert level notice, that these storms (15 to 25 mm), which will be accompanied by locally strong gusts of wind (70 to 80 km/h), are expected in the provinces of Tinghir, Rachidia, Midelt and Ouarzazate from two in the afternoon until eight in the evening.
