Report: Morocco acquires the HIMARS system

A report published by the Defence Web website reveals that the Royal Armed Forces have concluded agreements to obtain the American HIMARS missile launcher and ATACMS tactical ballistic missiles from Lockheed Martin.

The report also states that the deals concluded by the Royal Armed Forces include the purchase of 18 M142 HIMARS missile launchers, in addition to 9 M-1154A1 multi-purpose wheeled vehicles.

Besides radios, 18 FMTVs provide vehicles, trucks and other equipment, including ammunition.
