Governor Amhidia Steps In To Solve ‘Landfill’ Issue In Sharat Community

After waiting a long time for community and regional leaders to move to resolve the problem of accumulated waste, residents of the Sharat community in Benslimane province have turned to the governor, Mohamed Amhidia, whose office has recently received a number of complaints from residents of the area.

Amhidia, according to well-informed sources, as soon as he received the complaints from the residents, he asked the officials of the Benslimane region and in particular the Sharat community for clarification on the file. It appeared that many obstacles prevent the solution of a dispute. problem that has troubled the minds of the residents and exacerbated their suffering.

The governor of Mahdia, immediately after, made a field visit and noted the extent of the suffering that the residents were experiencing. He personally intervened and sent a private company from the economic capital to collect in groups the tons of waste accumulated from the neighborhoods of the Charat community of Benslimane province, bordering the city of Bouznika, and transport it to the landfill, with strict instructions to the workers of Benslimane and community leaders on the need to act to respond to the residents and find a radical solution as soon as possible to solve this problem.
