Fan storms stage to hug artist Najwa Karam (video)

Activists have released a video clip showing a young man going on stage and kissing Lebanese artist Najwa Karam during her concert in the Syrian capital Damascus.

The video circulating shows a fan storming the stage and hugging Najwa as she was welcoming the audience and talking to her band, which surprised her, while the concert’s security quickly intervened and moved him away from her so that the artist could regain her balance and calm and continue the concert.
