According to the official website of the Justice and Development Party, the latter said: “Unfortunately, we are wasting the capacities offered by these media to communicate with Moroccans from all regions of the country and from different groups to raise awareness and contribute to consolidating the mentalities and behaviors that would constitute a solid infrastructure for any type of development.” “Because human capital is the most important type of capital in which one can invest.”
As for the media described as public, adds the same speaker, “they remain subject to outdated approaches, based on isolation, exclusion, superficiality and the propagation of triviality.”
