Road accident leaves three dead in Chtouka

A road accident occurred the day before Tuesday, August 27, causing three deaths on national road No. 1 in the center of the commune of Ait Bou Tayeb in the commune of Enchaden in the province of Chtouka.

The causes of the fatal accident, according to sources who witnessed it, were that a motorcyclist who was carrying his friend overtook a car and collided with a man on foot, causing everyone to fall in the middle of the road, before a truck that was coming in the same direction crushed them in a frightening scene, turning them into pieces.

Thus, as soon as they became aware of the accident, the Royal Gendarmerie services affiliated with the territorial center of Lfaa rushed to the scene of the accident, where legal proceedings were initiated to determine responsibilities, and the bodies of the deceased were then transported to the mortuary at the regional hospital of Bucre, while an investigation was opened.
