Dakhla: Theft of a money transfer agency leads to the arrest of one person

Yesterday evening, Wednesday, August 28, members of the judicial police, in coordination with the motorcycle brigade of the regional security in Dakhla, arrested the individual involved in the commission of the crime of theft under threat within a money transfer agency targeting the sum of ten thousand dirhams.

The suspect was identified and arrested less than three hours after the robbery. He is a 26-year-old with a criminal record for theft and is wanted nationwide.

The suspect was taken to hospital for treatment as he suffered a hand injury resulting from the broken window of the money transfer agency targeted in the robbery.

The search and inspection procedures are continuing to recover the stolen amount, while the suspect has been placed in theoretical custody as part of the judicial investigation ordered by the competent public prosecutor’s office, to reveal all the conditions and circumstances of this case.
