The Planning Commission mourns the death of a researcher from the General Population Census

The High Commissioner for Planning, Ahmed Al-Halimi, announced the death of a researcher at the General Population and Housing Census, yesterday Friday, in the Melilla community of Benslimane.

Al-Halimi presented his deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the family members of the deceased and to all his female and male colleagues participating in the realization of this national operation, noting in a message of condolences his “commitment, seriousness and good qualities during this operation.” the training stages in which the deceased participated, which earned him the respect and appreciation of his colleagues, including supervisors, observers and researchers.

The delegation explained that “after completing the training, the deceased moved yesterday, Friday, to carry out his duties in the field, but divine will wanted him to leave this world, because he died while performing Friday prayer in one of the mosques located in the census area assigned to him.
