Here is the weather forecast established by the General Directorate of National Meteorology for today, Sunday, September 1, 2024:

– Local thunderstorms in the Middle and High Atlas, their south-eastern slopes and in the south of the Oriental.

– Fairly hot weather in the East, the plains near the High Atlas and in the extreme South and South-East of the country.

– Local drizzle in the morning on the West of the Mediterranean coast and the Central coasts.

– Fog formations in the morning and at night on the northern and central plains and on the northern Saharan and Eastern Provinces.

– Dust blowers in the South of the Oriental and the South-East.

– Fairly strong gusts of wind in the South of the Oriental, the High and Middle Atlas, the South-East and on the Central and South Coasts.

– Minimum temperatures of around 13/18°C in the High Atlas, 23/29 in the extreme south and south-east of the country and 17/23°C in the rest of the territory.

– Daytime temperatures rising on the interior plains and eastern Saharan Provinces and falling elsewhere.

– Calm to slightly rough seas in the Mediterranean and on the Strait, and slightly rough to rough along the Atlantic coast.
