Three cities are hosting the competition: Medellin, Bogotá and Cali
Colombia is set to host the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup 2024™, from August 31 to September 22, in the cities of Bogotá, Cali and Medellín.
Sixteen teams participated in the last edition, in Costa Rica in 2022, and Spain was crowned champion. In addition to the Europeans, the tournament has had four other champions: the United States (3 titles), Germany (3), Japan and Korea DPR (2). In 2024, the number of teams increases from 16 to 24.
