Deplorable: An Algerian player dies when there was no ambulance or doctors in the stadium

The young Algerian footballer Wassim Jezzar, 17, died the day before yesterday, Sunday evening, after being seriously injured in the head during a match between his team Etoile Oued El Ma and Amal Mraouna.

According to an Algerian journalist, the young player spent about a week in the recovery department of one of the Algerian hospitals, after being seriously injured following a violent intervention by a defender of the Amal Mraouna team, as a result of which he lost consciousness and was transferred to hospital before dying.
