Tetouan..security arrests a famous drug baron
Members of the state division of the judicial police of Tetouan, based on precise information provided by the General Directorate of National Territorial Surveillance, were able to arrest a famous drug baron.
Spanish newspaper Marco Diario reported that Aziz, known as Lemoni, one of the main hashish smuggling barons operating through the Strait of Gibraltar, had been arrested.
The Spanish newspaper adds that the arrest was carried out by a specialized security team the day before yesterday morning, Friday, September 6, 2024, at a farm belonging to the 54-year-old man arrested in Fnideq, after he had been on the security radar for 20 years.
