Floods in Figuig. Authorities distribute aid and food to the victims

Local authorities, with their various components, are continuing their efforts to mitigate the repercussions of the heavy rainfall recorded in several regions at the end of last week.

In Figuig province, local authorities used helicopters to reach flooded areas and distribute aid, including clothing, mattresses, blankets, medicines and food rations, to affected residents.

Local authorities, supported by rescue teams, are continuing their efforts to count the losses from the floods in the regions of Tata, Figuig, Taroudant, Tinghir and Guelmim, and to provide support and assistance to the victims.
