The arrival of significant military reinforcements in the flooded districts of the Tata region

Efforts by Moroccan authorities continue to rescue some of the stranded people, as well as to recover the bodies of those missing during the floods that occurred in several regions in the south-east of the Kingdom.

To speed up the search and rescue operations, large military reinforcements have arrived in the affected areas of Tata province, led by a special team from the military engineering regiment, which will directly supervise the rescue operation.

This and the effects of the arrival on the spot of specialized army teams, equipped with the latest equipment, as well as helicopters and drones, have received the approval of residents and observers, especially in light of the difficult terrain of the area and the remains of the floods that have changed the characteristics of the area in a short time.
