Ashtouka: Security campaign leads to the fall of several drug traffickers

The services of the Territorial Center of the Royal Gendarmerie of the Belfaa region, affiliated with the Boukri Company of the Chtouka Ait Baha region, have launched a vast security campaign against drug traffickers and neighborhoods.
The security campaign, which involved three local authorities (Ait Milk, Belfaa and Enchaden), resulted in the arrest of seven people suspected of involvement in various criminal acts mainly related to the possession and promotion of contraband, in addition to two people suspected of public drunkenness and causing chaos on the public highway.
According to the same sources, the arrests of those involved resulted in the seizure of significant quantities of Eau de Vie, Shera and Indian hemp, in addition to the seizure of sums of money, Al-Mahya distillation equipment and a significant number of bicycles that did not meet legal requirements.
Search warrants have been issued for individuals involved in a number of criminal acts who are fleeing justice, as police efforts continue as part of their proactive campaign to combat crime.
