Khenifra.. The promotion of “Qarqoubi” leads to the arrest of 4 people

Yesterday evening, Monday, September 9, members of the Judicial Police Brigade of the Khenifra Regional Security Zone were able to arrest four people, aged 32 to 55, with a criminal record, suspected of being involved in a case related to the possession and promotion of psychotropic substances and contraband medical pills that are said to be harmful to public health.

Two suspects were arrested red-handed in possession of four narcotic pills intended for consumption, before search and investigation procedures were carried out to identify those who supplied them with these psychotropic substances and were subsequently arrested in two light vehicles.

The seizures and inspections carried out in this case also resulted in the seizure of a total of 423 narcotic pills of various types, 19 medical pills used for abortions, two mobile phones and a sum of money in national and foreign currencies suspected to be the proceeds of this criminal activity, in addition to two light cars used in the promotion of these psychoactive substances.
