On 08/09/2024, the city of Tamara witnessed a serious and tragic crime that shook the residents of the main street, Mohammed V Street, and caused great emotion accompanied by serious concern among the citizens during a shocking incident, following a dispute between two young men over the operation of a parking lot and which led to a gruesome murder.

Details of the heinous crime came to light after an argument broke out between the deceased youth and the perpetrator, which began as a dispute over the right to use a parking space on the street. As things escalated, the argument escalated into a violent altercation, which quickly escalated into a heinous crime when the perpetrator, believed to be in his twenties, set his victim on fire.

The crime was not just the result of a passing argument, but some sources confirmed that the argument between the two young men was due to old differences. Despite the attempts of the paramedics, the young victim did not survive and died in hospital from his serious injuries.
