Dina Saad, daughter of Egyptian artist Nahid Rushdi, announced on her account on the social media platform “Facebook” the death of her mother at the age of 68, after battling illness.
Nahid died on the same day of her birth, since she was born on September 14, 1956. She is the sister of the father of the artist Dalia Mostafa.
During her career, Nahid has presented more than 80 television series, but she is best known for her role as “Saniya”, the eldest daughter of Abdel Ghafour El-Borai, in the series “I will not live in my father’s dress”, which was presented by the late star Nour El-Sherif in the drama Ramadan in 1996, and was a great success. She still is… Its echoes still resonate today.
