Originally from Martinique in the Caribbean, Mr. Didier JEAN-MARIE is passionate about the hotel industry with expertise built over nearly three decades in this industry. His career illustrates a trajectory marked by success, with more than ten years as general manager in the largest international hotel brands. Mr. Didier JEAN-MARIE's expertise in hotel management is not limited to leading teams, but also encompasses a holistic understanding of customer needs and expectations at all levels of the hotel chain. Before joining the Radisson Hotels Group, Mr. Didier JEAN-MARIE proved himself in several renowned international establishments, thus accumulating significant experience in France, the French Overseas Territories and Africa (Algeria, Tunisia, Guinea, Chad) , including Morocco where he notably led a hotel audit mission in Casablanca.

Upon his arrival at the Radisson Blu Al Hoceima, Mr. Didier JEAN-MARIE integrated easily and was able to quickly deploy his know-how to lead the continued development of the establishment.
