Casablanca: The court decides to postpone the examination of the “appeal for fabricated theft” file

Yesterday Tuesday, the Court of First Instance of Casablanca decided to postpone the examination of the “appeal for fabricated theft” file.

The Court decided to postpone until tomorrow, Thursday April 4, the examination of the case in which the broadcaster Mohamed Bousfiha, known as “Momo”, and two other people are arrested.

Momo is being prosecuted for participating in the dissemination of data which he knows does not exist, as well as two other people for creating a fictitious crime and insulting an organized organization.
