FIFA bans 11 Moroccan teams from summer transfers (mercato). Wydad and not Raja

Eleven Moroccan teams have been banned from signing new contracts in the upcoming summer transfer market until they resolve their differences with their former players.
FIFA banned Wydad, Mouloudia d’Oujda, Kasbah Tadla, Chabab Mohammedia, Raja de Beni Mellal, Ittihad de Tangier, Difaà El Hassani El Jadidi, Maghreb de Fez, Moghreb de Tétouan , Olympique Khouribga and Olympique Safi to participate in next summer’s transfer market.
These clubs will have to pay the amounts of the judgments pronounced against them by the FIFA disputes committee to be authorized to recruit new players next summer.
