Heba Press – Tangier
The administrative court of Tangier pronounced, today Monday, the dismissal of the district head of the city of Tangier, Mohamed Cherkaoui, and three of his deputies.
The court issued its decision after several sessions focusing on the violations in which the former president and his deputies were involved.
The governor of the Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region, Younes Tazi, took a decision a few weeks ago suspending the head of the Tangier-Medina province, Mohamed Cherkaoui, and three of his deputies from the exercise of their functions, while waiting for the decision to dismiss them.
Al-Sharqawi and his deputies were implicated in a number of violations related to the issuance of administrative certificates related to water and electricity connections, as well as business and construction licenses outside their jurisdiction.
