The judicial police intervene in a simulation of the “Blind Date” program

The National Judicial Police Brigade has opened an investigation into suspicions of violation of public morals and incitement to public debauchery through computer systems, following the broadcast of a video showing a girl simulating a foreign program on social networks.

According to a security source, the national security IT watch had recently spotted the broadcast of the video published on YouTube, and had examined and listed the published actions, before transmitting them to the national brigade of the judicial police for investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office.
The ongoing judicial investigation currently aims, according to the same source, to verify whether the video in question contains material and moral elements constituting crimes punishable by Moroccan law, in order to determine the necessary legal responsibilities.
