The president of the International Institute of Geopolitical Studies, Khaled Hammadi, estimated that Morocco, considered an African pioneer, could be a strategic lever for France to establish joint development partnerships with the African continent.
The Franco-Lebanese expert indicated, in a statement to the Arab Maghreb Press, that “Morocco’s African policy, which is based on an enlightened royal vision, can constitute, through its economic development projects and its dynamic diplomacy, a strategic lever for France, in order to establish joint development partnerships truly oriented towards… the needs of African people.
In this context, he highlighted the Atlantic Initiative launched by His Majesty King Mohammed VI as a model of regional integration where France can make a useful contribution.
Mr. Hammadi did not fail to highlight the role that the Kingdom plays in the field of regional security and stability, which strengthens its position as a major strategic partner of France from a geopolitical perspective.
