Among them, two women… Drug promotion leads to the arrest of 5 people in Khemisset

Elements of the judicial brigade of the city of Khemisset succeeded, on the basis of precise information provided by the services of the General Directorate of National Territorial Surveillance, yesterday Monday April 15, to arrest five people, including two women , suspected of involvement in a case related to the possession and promotion of drugs and psychotropic substances.
The two women were arrested at the road checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Khemisset, immediately after their arrival aboard a taxi from a town in the north of the kingdom, where a search led to found in their possession 1187 narcotic medication tablets.

Ongoing investigations and searches in this case have also identified the identities of three people suspected of being linked to this criminal activity, before being immediately arrested in a light car at the road checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Tiflet.

The suspects were subjected to a judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office, in order to reveal all the circumstances of this case, as well as all the possible ramifications and connections of this criminal activity.
