Medical students from Casablanca, Rabat and Oujda accept government offer

We learn that the majority of students from medical faculties in the cities of Casablanca, Rabat and Oujda voted in favor of the government’s offer presented by the Kingdom’s mediator.

A source confirmed. Heba said the acceptance rate was high at these colleges, given that the majority of students studied beyond the first year.

The voting process was conducted in person via ballot boxes at various medical faculties across the Kingdom.

The government’s proposal to end the strikes was mainly aimed at excluding students in grades 2-5 and 6 from the 6-year study system and forcing them to study for 7 years. This means that the freshmen who participated in the strike. a year ago will not be subject to the 7-year system.
