The Government Council held on Thursday deliberated and approved the draft decree n°2.24.966 supplementing decree n°2.17.743 taken on 5 chawal 1439 (June 19, 2018) specifying the list of activities carried out by industrial companies to benefit from the temporary exemption. of the tax provided for in article 6. (II-B-°4) of the General Tax Code.
The decree was presented by Abdellatif Loudiyi, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of the National Defense Administration, on behalf of Fawzi Lakjaa, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget.
This draft decree aims to grant temporary exemption from corporate tax provided for in Article 6 of the General Tax Code to equipment and equipment in the defense and security, arms and munitions industry, by including them in the list of activities carried out by industrial companies benefiting from corporate tax. this tax advantage.
