The finishing work on the platform of the Mohammed VI Tower in the city of Salé has entered its final phase, with the ground floor of the tower having become visible from the outside.

According to available data, work on the ground floor is making remarkable progress, with the continuation of intensive operations in interior and exterior touch-ups.

The Mohammed VI Tower is 250 meters high and is visible up to 50 kilometers away. The project is implemented by the company “O’Tower”, which belongs to three main shareholders: Bank of Africa, the insurance company RMA and the “Financecom” group.

Current efforts are focused on completing entrances and exits, as well as parking lots and roads surrounding the building.

According to informed sources, the tower is expected to officially open in 2025, after completing another year of work and completing legal procedures related to real estate documents and housing permits, which are processes that take a long time.

This tower was designed to include offices, apartments, restaurants, shopping centers and a luxury hotel, in addition to a top-floor observation point offering breathtaking panoramic views of the cities of Rabat and Salé.
