Mohcine Jazouli on a roadshow in Germany to attract new European investments to Morocco

After Spain at the end of January, the 2024 tour to promote the Morocco destination to foreign investors and contractors continues in Germany for Mohcine Jazouli and his team. The Minister Delegate in charge of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies is in fact chairing a large Moroccan delegation as part of a Roadshow in Germany which will take place from April 22 to 25, 2024.
Organized by the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development, in partnership with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Germany, this roadshow targets several stages including Berlin, Wolfsburg, Hanover and Munich. It aims to promote investment opportunities in Morocco in sectors such as the automobile, pharmaceutical industry, aeronautics and renewable energies and is part of an approach to strengthening the promotion of the “Morocco” brand. Now” in priority markets.
This roadshow takes place in a particular context, with the launch of the Morocco Offer for the development of the Green Hydrogen sector following the High Directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, as well as with the concretization of several strategic investment agreements in the electric battery sector aimed at the emergence of a national green automotive ecosystem, which could be consolidated with leading German operators.
The tour thus includes meetings with German decision-makers, investors and institutions, particularly in these two areas, visits to industrial sites, participation in the famous Hanover Fair, a major event where Morocco will exhibit its assets and investment opportunities in professions of the future as well as a “Morocco Now” conference in Munich on April 24, organized under the theme “Creating synergies for sustainable partnerships”.
The delegation chaired by Mohcine Jazouli is composed in particular of Her Excellency, Madam Ambassador of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God assist him, to the Federal Republic of Germany, Ms. Zohour Alaoui, the Director General of AMDIE, Mr. . Ali Seddiki and Mr. Mehdi Tazi, Vice-President General of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM).
