The Federation organizes a reception in honor of the Atlas Lions

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation organized this Monday, April 22, 2024, a reception in honor of the national football team, inside the hall, after its victory during the seventh edition of the African Cup of Nations. Nations, whose final phases ended yesterday Sunday in Rabat.
At the start of this reception, which was held at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, Sufian El Masrar, the captain of the national team, expressed his joy after the national team managed to retain its title won in the two previous editions.
El Masrar thanked all the technical, administrative teams and players for the efforts made to win this title, stressing the need to start thinking now about the World Cup to be held in Uzbekistan.
For his part, Hicham El Dik, the coach of the national team, expressed his satisfaction at having led the national team to win the African Cup of Nations for the third consecutive time, stressing that the value of the title was reinforced by the congratulations of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
The national football coach thanked all parties who contributed to this historic achievement.
In the same context, Fouzi Lekjaa, president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, highlighted the insightful role of His Majesty King Mohammed VI in the achievements of Moroccan football, notably the victory at the African Futsal Cup of Nations.
Fouzi Lekjaa congratulated all members of the national football team for their royal message, praising the good level displayed by the national team during the African Cup of Nations, which he described as exemplary, calling for continue the work to honor Moroccan football during the next World Cup in Uzbekistan.
