Rabab Nawi – Heba Press

The employee of the Al-Fidaa District Prefecture of Mers Al-Sultan, Mohamed Boudriga, Chairman of the Mers Al-Sultan District Council, felt the need to justify his absence from the exercise of his duties since the January 10, and to grant him a period of 7 days to resume his work from the date of correspondence before the decision to dismiss him is taken.

The correspondent attributed the reason for this decision to harm to the interests of the citizen, due to the cessation of the service of this establishment, based on the provisions of chapter 145 of the Constitution, specifically articles 20 and 21 of the Organic Law relating to local authorities.

For his part, on April 18, Boudriga justified his absence from work with his medical file, which included a medical report, a planning and analysis sheet, in addition to a CD.
