On the evening of Sunday April 21, 2024, the curtain fell on the national Muay Thai championship for the under-23 category, which took place at the indoor hall January 11, 2024 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 19, 20 and April 21, 2024, with the intense participation of champions belonging to a large number of regional associations covering the entire national territory.

The last day of this national sporting event, which saw intense competition between all the participating champions, was marked by the presence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Morocco, Mr. Fabio Chanda, and the President of the Royal Federation Moroccan Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savate and similar sports Mr. Abdelilah Idrissi Bouzidi, the founding president of the Federation Mr. Idriss El Hilali, the mayor of Fez, the presidents of the Lamriniyines and Agdal districts, as well as the president of the League of the Fez-Meknes region Mr. Ahmed El Yakouti

At the start of the event, those present recited the Fatiha in memory of the late Abdelkrim El Hilali, may God rest his soul.

As for the technical results of this national sports competition organized by the Royal Moroccan Federation of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savate and Similar sports in collaboration with the League of the Fès Meknes region, first place in the men’s category went to the Association of Sahel Mehdia, who won three gold medals, second place went to the Delta Energetic Association of Casablanca with one gold medal, two silver medals and two bronze medals, while third place went to at the Association of Moroccan Champions of Fez, who won a gold medal, a silver medal and a bronze medal.

Regarding the women’s category, the Delta Energetic Association managed to occupy first place by winning two gold medals, a silver medal and a bronze medal, while second place went to the Association National Sidi Bennour with a gold medal and a silver medal, while the Amal Sidi Slimane Association came third in this category after winning a gold medal and two bronze medals.
