Cybersecurity: The international Baker Tilly network joins forces with the Moroccan firm Disrupt


Baker Tilly, one of the world’s ten largest auditing and consulting firms, partners with digital transformation and cybersecurity consultancy Disrupt.

This strategic merger allows Baker Tilly to expand its service offering to Moroccan and African companies, by providing them with cutting-edge expertise in the key areas of digital transformation, cybersecurity and data protection, indicates we in a press release.

The Baker Tilly network, headquartered in London, has consolidated revenues of more than $5.2 billion, employs more than 43,000 people and has offices in 141 countries, including Baker Tilly Maroc, launched in 2010 by Chakib Zaari and Noureddine Baqchich, reports the same source.

Founded in 2021 by Meriem Yacoubi, Disrupt is a Moroccan consulting firm recognized for its expertise in supporting companies in their digital & cybersecurity transformation. The firm has a team of passionate experts who support organizations in defining and deploying their digital master plan in accordance with international cybersecurity standards.
