Between innocence and detention for 6 months… the Agadir Court of Appeal delivers its judgments in the case of young Amin Charis

The Agadir Court of Appeal rendered its judgments in the case of young Amin Charis during the night from Wednesday to Thursday, confirming the verdicts pronounced at first instance against the accused.

The Court acquitted 4 of the accused in the case without holding them responsible for the acts with which they were accused, while it sentenced the main accused to six months in prison.

The details of the case of young Amin Charis date back to February 2023, when the latter was transported in critical condition to Hassan II hospital after suffering a head injury.
