SIAM 2024: Signature of agreement between LOARC and INRA, IAV HII and ENAM

The Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mr. Mohammed Sadiki, chaired the signing ceremony on Thursday April 25, 2024 in Meknes, on the sidelines of the 16th SIAM 2024 edition. a partnership agreement between the Official Laboratory of Chemical Analysis and Research (LOARC) and the National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA), the Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute (IAV HII) and the National School of Agriculture of Meknes (ENAM).

This partnership agreement mainly concerns the pooling of the technical and human resources of the four establishments to participate together, within the framework of consortia, in research projects with an analytical component and respond to requests for expertise and advice, both internal as external, in their common areas of expertise.

Its objective is to establish scientific and technical cooperation with the aim of creating synergies by pooling the analytical infrastructures of establishments and their expertise in the field of analytical testing for the benefit of researchers, teacher-researchers and students. and operators.

It will also make it possible to develop technological monitoring in terms of analyzes and processes to deal with emerging problems and crisis situations which threaten agriculture, as well as the health safety and quality of agri-food products and breeding. It will also make it possible to organize meetings, forums, workshops, training cycles and scientific and technical events with the aim of sharing and disseminating information.
