MINISTER AAWatif HAYAR CHAIRS A WORKSHOP FOCUSING ON “SOCIAL PROTECTION SYSTEM SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES”.

Mrs. Aawatif Hayar, Minister of Solidarity, Social Inclusion and Family, chaired a workshop focused on “the services of the social protection system intended for people with disabilities”.

The organization of this workshop is part of the celebrations of the National Day of Persons with Disabilities, which is held on March 30 each year, and in a national context marked by strong dynamics in the social field through the launch of several strategic and structuring social projects aimed at strengthening the pillars of the social State, in particular the social protection project, in execution of the High Directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Kingdom, and with the aim of achieving the objectives of the new development model, as well as implementing the commitments contained in the 2021-2026 government program.

Through its new strategy “Gissr: towards inclusive, innovative and sustainable social development: 2022-2026”, and within the framework of the missions and skills assigned to it, the Ministry aims to coordinate the efforts of the various stakeholders and to intensify the work to improve the provision of services for people with disabilities and to promote their situation
