Travel: Morocco at the top of foreign destinations from France


Morocco came at the top of the foreign destinations having recorded the most passengers departing from France during the month of April, according to the latest barometer from the air ticketing specialist “MisterFly” for the media “L’Echo tourisme”.

In the ranking of the most served foreign destinations from France, carried out by number of passengers during the past month, Morocco outperforms, supported by a drop in ticket prices of -8% compared to 2023, specifies the same source, noting that it gained 2 ranks in this ranking.

Spain, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, comes in second place, with a drop in ticket prices of 4% compared to last year (losing one place compared to 2023), followed in particular by Tunisia (+5%; – 1 place) and Italy (-1%; +2 places).

Next comes Portugal with a 7% increase in ticket prices (loses two places compared to 2023), followed by Greece (+2%; -2 places), the United States (+3%; 0 place), Senegal (-9%; 0 place) and Turkey (+6%; 0 place).

As part of its study, “MisterFly” analyzed 126,382 tickets reserved in economy class throughout the month of April 2024.
