The National Railway Office (ONCF) announced, Friday, the continuation of its work to upgrade signaling installations on the Casablanca-Kénitra axis, warning that this work will cause some disruptions during the period of 12 until May 26, 2024.

“As part of its program to modernize its installations, aimed at the continuous improvement of its services, the National Railway Office is continuing large-scale work to upgrade the signaling installations on the axis Casablanca-Kénitra. This work will cause some disruptions during the period from May 12 to 26, 2024,” indicates a press release from the ONCF.

Despite the scale of this work, the ONCF ensures that it is doing everything possible to “minimize their impact on rail traffic during the day, by carrying them out during nighttime intervals and by putting in place an appropriate system to ensure continuity service for its travelers.”

“In order to best manage the mobility of its customers during this period of work and allow them to make their arrangements in advance, the ONCF is deploying an important system, in particular by setting up a 24/7 monitoring unit at the level of the command post for the supervision, management and monitoring of traffic as well as reinforced assistance in stations and on board trains,” underlines the press release.

For more information, ONCF invites travelers to obtain information in advance from its employees in stations and on board trains or through the commercial site: www.oncf-voyages.ma, the institutional site: www. oncf.ma, the application: ONCF Trafic, the oncfpageofficielle Facebook page, the Customer Relations Center 2255 and the remote display monitors at the station.
